My desire is to bring a grounded & calming presence, compassionate nature, creative thinking, and intuitive strengths to our sessions. The safe and confidential environment I hold for you creates a space to deepen your learning and supports you in making choices and changes that align with living a healthier and more meaningful life.
My intention is to meet you where you are, with what will serve you best in your healing and growth. Our work together is a creative, collaborative process that is client-led. I believe that the answers we need are already inside, we just have to learn to deeply listen with curiosity.
I will support you in identifying your core values to live a more fulfilling life that feels in alignment with your greatest heart’s desire and what is most important to you. We will work together to discover and clarify your unique goals and aspirations and create a plan to help you move towards your greatest potential. I will provide a safe and supportive space for you to confront & eventually shift your limiting beliefs. I will support you to bring your life into greater resonance with your soul’s purpose.

I draw upon my background & knowledge as a Nurse to blend a science-based approach & evidence-based health practices with a creative and individualized approach toward achieving Mind-Body-Spirit wellness.
While the focus of my coaching practice is mental health well-being, I am happy to incorporate guidance & resources in the areas of exercise, nutrition, and brain health into sessions as appropriate.

As each client and situation is unique, coaching sessions do not follow a rigid structure. Sessions are co-created with the client in a way that explores the client’s desires, obstacles, and possibilities. We work together to set intentions and craft a map of our work together. My coaching style is holistic, incorporating a variety of tools and creative practices.
Sessions may include goal setting, values clarification, healthy habit generation, emotional processing, and breathing and meditation techniques, among others. Sessions will typically generate action items, with some accountability the following session, as many people like to have clear and measurable progress. If you want to feel more alive, empowered, creative, aligned, and authentic in your interactions with others, then this coaching may be a great fit for you!
The frequency of coaching sessions can vary according to what works best for you and your schedule. Many clients start with meeting twice a month for a 3 or 6 month period, but I am happy to discuss other options to best fit your needs.
The initial session is complementary and will last 30-45 minutes. During the discovery session we will have a chance to get to know each other a little bit, discuss what type of support you are looking for, and what you hope to gain from coaching. I will answer any questions you may have and if we determine that we are a good fit, we will make a plan to move forward.
I charge $75 per coaching session. I try to find a way to work with everyone who is interested, so payment options are available for those in need. If this is something that would be helpful for you, please contact me to discuss a payment plan.
